Our Story
Aleena Ventures was originally founded as a transitional housing company in 2020, to provide supportive housing services to the indigent population. Shortly after, we shifted our portfolio to short-term rentals following the influx of domestic travelers during COVID-19.
We are affiliated with several residential and commercial landlords through our Master Lease Partnership Agreement. We guarantee income for property owners by minimizing the worry of tenants defaulting on rent and reducing tenant turnover.

Trust & Safety
Ring Cameras are installed at the front door of every unit, monitoring the entryway 24/7. Noise detectors are installed inside each unit and alert are on-site support staff if the noise exceeds a certain dB level. Smart locks are installed on every door, a new code is generated for each guests and codes are deleted upon check out.
In-House Cleaning Staff
We hire our cleaning staff directly and do not outsource our cleaning from other companies. Our staff is trained to focus on the most minuscule details. This enables us to have the most quality control over our cleaning standards and maintain a professional level of cleanliness after each stay.
